Flat-Share Room to Rent / Spare Room near Bridport, Beaminster, and Dorchester, West DorsetThe accommodation is not available until late September, but before that we might be able to provide short-term alternative accommodation in the house.
Parking, patio, bench and garden table, and a semi-covered area suitable for a BBQ, with storage. Lovely walks from the door, in AONB, close to nature reserves. The former farm now comprises the farmhouse, which is divided in two, and three small cottages. It is reached by a farm track and would appeal to people wanting peace and quiet within a small, friendly, but unobtrusive community. Although surrounded by farmland, our own home is no longer a working farm Attractive, recenty- refurbished rooms to rent with en-suite shower room and own sitting room /kitchenette, looking out onto fields. Fully furnished, including flat-screen TV, combi-microwave etc..Use of washing machine.
A double bed is available if preferred but the accommodation is best suited for single occupancy. £110 per week to include most bills. Minimum 3 months.
